This week we found live termites in a tree stump and garden bed timbers.  This was during a Building & Pest inspection on a acreage block at Beerburrum

Things to remember include

• Untreated timber & timber in contact with soil should be inspected regularly for pest activity
• Although the site had been inspected 4 months previously, termites were not detected on that occasion
• Vigilance is paramount.
